Professor.E offers a 14-day return window for items in their original, unworn condition with all tags attached. Please note that personalized or final sale items are not eligible for return or exchange.

Return Process

  Log into your account portal or contact our concierge team to submit a return authorization request within 14 days of delivery.

  Secure Packaging

  Place the items in their original protective packaging, ensuring the Professor.E garment tags and security seals remain intact.

• 3.
  Shipping Label

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Inspection & Refund

  Once our studio verifies the condition of the returned pieces, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
